at many shops and hotels or at the Cable and Wireless office in The
Valley.

post office is in The Valley and open Monday to Friday
8.30am-3.30pm.
Most hotels will let you hook up to their internet connection for
minimal or no charge, and there's an internet café at Ripples
restaurant in Sandy Ground.
