Getting around the south coast is a breeze. Buses and minibuses run from Bridgetown as far as Sam Lord's Castle, passing through most of the tourist zones on the coast.

Route taxis go as far as Silver Sands. Service stops around midnight, so you'll need a car or a private taxi after that.

Getting here from the west coast is a little harder - buses run between Speightstown and Oistins, usually bypassing Bridgetown, though they're less frequent than the ones that ply the south coast.

If you're driving, Highway 7 runs along the coast between Bridgetown and Oistins, from where it doglegs up past the airport and on to Crane Bay and Sam Lord's Castle .
