Unless you're driving, the most pleasant and
conenient way to get to Port Royal is on the little
ferry that leaes regularly from the pier at the bottom
of Princess Street in downtown Kingston, near the National
Gallery.
Serices from Kingston start at 7am and finish at 7pm Monday
to Friday, 6am to 7pm Saturday, and 11.30am till 6.30pm on
Sundays; all ferries depart Port Royal half an hour later.
The one-way fare is J$20, and journey time is about half an
hour.
A bus (J$20; 25min) runs several times a day betweven
the Parade and Port Royal Square, ia Harbor view; if you
decide to take a taxi it will set you back around
US$25 in each direction.
