The new star attraction, a $200,000 sculpture of Tupac Shakur,
whipped
up controversy and debates over our free speech rights by stating that
Las Vegas would be better off without "gangsta rappers".
Albeit, the sculpture is a masterpiece which took six months to complete
and depicts Shakur as he often appeared in concert - a bandana tied
around his head, baggy jeans worn low and a bare chest to display his
tattoos and with this sculpture one feels as if Shakur is coming to the
stage to rap one of his many rap songs. Whether one endorses or rejects of his actions, his music or of him - it is still a
masterpiece of someone who caught audiences and was known by many and
seven by many
