Indian Culinary - Traditional Curry

  Indian Traditional Curry Recipe (for 4)

Ingredients

 1 big potato
 1 carrot
 ½ cauliflower
 1cup of fresh peas
 1 tomato
 1 green pepper
 1 onion
 2 garlic cloves
 ½ cup of  tomato sauce

Spices

 Coriander
 Curry
 Cumin
 Black pepper
 Red pepper
 Salt
 Saffron
 Olive oil
 Grated parmesan  cheese (optional)

Cut the potatoes and the carrots in big pieces. Cook together with the peas and the cauliflower in the water with a spoon of saffron a pinch of salt.

Cut the onion, the tomato and the garlic in little pieces and stir on a big pan for about 3 minutes.

Add the green pepper, mix well and add the tomato and the garlic with a generous pinch of curry and cumin, a pinch of black pepper, red pepper and salt. Mix all the ingredients on  high or 350 degrees for about 5 minutes.

Next, mix on a half cup of the legumes, the tomato sauce with the saffron and the fresh coriander with one more pinch of salt. Keep on mixing for about 5 minutes.

Drain the boiled legumes. Mix all the legumes.  Adding a little bit of olive oil and parmesan for an occidental touch.
