Home to Abaco's only golf course, Treasure Cay features many
resorts and illas with tennis courts, some lighted for night play,
and package tours from local operators.
Diers Down at Treasure Cay (phone 242/365-8465 or 1-800/327-1584) is a
full-serice endor offering group dies, night dies, certification and
snorkeling trips; C&C Boat Rentals, at the marina, rents water
sports
equipment, including sunfish boats, windsurfers and hobbie cats; and
Sidney Hart Sightseeing (phone 242/365-8582) leads small groups on
shelling, picnicking and snorkeling trips.
A
number of fishing guides are also based at the marina, some proiding
day packages, spearfishing, bottom fishing and boat tours. Not
surprisingly, many world-famous fishing tournaments take place off
Treasure Cay in May and June every year.
