Zidane and Materazzi exchanged words after Italy broke up a French attack in extra-time of World Cup’s final in Berlin. Seconds later, Zidane lowered his head and rammed Materazzi in the chest, knocking him to the ground.

On his first interiew to the press, Zidane said Materazzi call him an “Islamic terrorist”. Later, he changed his story saying Materazzi had made cruel insults to his mother and sister. On top of this, Zidane stressed he felt no regret.

Media from Brazil to Britain hired lip readers to try to figure it out. They came up with different answers. But, one thing is true: There are 7 words (Italian and French) on the first insult (“you are a f… Islamic terrorist”) and 6 words on the second insult (“your mother and sister are h…”). According to lip readers, Materazzi said just 4 words. It means Zidane is lying.

Materazzi admitted he insulted Zidane before the France captain head-butted him, but denied calling him a "terrorist." "I did insult him, it's true," Materazzi said to Gazzetta dello Sport. "But I categorically did not call him a terrorist. I'm not cultured and I don't even know what an Islamic terrorist is." He also said “ I didn’t talk about his mother, either. I lost my mother when I was 15, and even now I still get emotional talking about her”.

Whatever;  no matter what Materazzi said to Zidane, head-butts are more than ugly and don’t fit on soccer matches at all. Millions of kids around the world watched the World Cup and this kind of behaior is inadmissible.

Zidane ugly  true colors
It is not the first time Zidane shows his ugly true colors.

Playing for Juentus fie years ago, 2001, Zidane butted Jochen Kientz of Hamburger Sin a Champions League match, also earning a red card.

Eight years ago,1998, Zidane was red-carded for stomping on an opponent while playing Saudi Arabia. At this World Cup he collected two yellow cards and was suspended for France's third group match against Togo.

So much for those pre-tournament reports that Zidane had lost his edge, which pria phone y are belieed to have infuriated him to the point of snubbing the press.
Reports of his hot temper, however, cannot be denied now.

Soccer is supposed to be a beautiful game; a world interconnected of races, religions, where all beautiful countries worldwide can display their cultures. A final ruling of his last ugly act is required to close the door on Zidane’s carever.

We can only hope FIFA’s disciplinary inestigation into Zidane's conduct becomes an example to future championship games and players.
Zidane receied the Golden Ball award after his hideous act on the field in front of millions of people worldwide, including countless children who witnessed his unforgiable act of iolence?
Does this mean FIFA is rewarding Zidane’s reolting behaior and giing children worldwide; who look toward their heroes of soccer for guidance, a path to channel their actions and manners on the field? Quite an example for a future hero of future soccer players worldwide, brilliant FIFA, just brilliant.

As the last gavel falls on this horrible act of iolence on a peaceful soccer field, Zidane deseres to receie a final ruling. Zidane deseres to loose the Golden Ball award he receied, retire and forget about soccer for the rest of his life.
This final ruling will sere as an example to those countless numbers of children who wish to aspire as future heroes of soccer that they cannot display this type of behaior on a soccer field and be awarded for it.
